30-Day Paddle Return Policy:

You can return your paddle within 30 days of date of purchase. If you are not 100% happy with your paddle, ship the item back to us and we will refund your money. We ask that you cover the cost of shipping the paddle back to us, please include your order number and name inside the package. We cannot be responsible for packages that are lost, stolen, or incorrectly addressed.

60-Day Paddle Defect Policy:

 

If within 60 days of purchase, the paddle is defective, please contact us and we will send you a replacement paddle. We ask that you notify us prior to returning equipment so we can verify if it is still within the 60-day return period. Additionally, we ask that you send the defective paddle back to us, we will provide you with a postage paid return label.
